The Otters

Otters are hard to photograph!  They just don't want to stop moving!  Here's Loki, a young otter who's sniffing the air and having a great time vexing me as I try to photograph him!  And, below, here he is... leaping at the camera.  Like I said, it's hard to hold an otter still! Loki-bodyside.jpg (23903 bytes) He did pause for a nice profile shot, though.

Loki is about 19 1/2 inches of wired energy, a real troublemaker!  He's about 5 1/2 inches tall and made of a sleek, faux suede that almost looks a little wet, with a bit of a distressed wave pattern in it.  There's also European synthetic and upholstery velvet, with another Loki-catchingfish.JPG (33791 bytes) suede for his paws.  The claws, teeth and nose are Fimo with nylon whiskers and safety-lock eyes.  He's stuffed with copper shot so that he can stand on his hind legs and polyester fiberfil.  His body is completely wired for poseablity and his mouth opens and closes.
Not recommended for children.

Here's Loki feeding himself some lovely little fishes!  He's very clever!
